While we've continually focused on our sales capabilities and manufacturer selection, we realized that for the new millennium we needed to refocus our attention on our service capabilities for our loyal customers. To demonstrate this commitment to service, in the Fall of 2000, we began construction of the area's newest and largest RV Service Facility. Opening in early May of 2001, and featuring 16,000 new square feet, TOM RAPER RVs now has the largest RV Service Complex in the Midwest - with over 80 bays.

But, a new building only demonstrates one area of our commitment. We also put all of our technicians through rigorous RVIA Certified Technical training, intensive RV manufacturer factory schools, OEM (original equipment manufacturer) schools with Onan, Dometic, Carefree and Morryde to name a few. We also invested in new state-of-the-art equipment to provide alignment, suspension analysis, oil change, brake analysis and repair, expert detail and full tire services.

We've worked with major RV chassis and powerplant manufacturers to become certified warranty and repair centers. We continue to work with leading industry suppliers to add to this list.

Finally, we also invested in additional technicians. We now have a staff of almost 100 Service Professionals to address almost every RV service issue.
